Cancellation policy

1 - We do not refund amounts paid as a reservation guarantee, as described below, they will be transformed into credit for another date.
 
2 - In case of early departure of the contracted rates, the debit amount must be paid in full.

3 - The reservation is made upon payment of 100% of the total daily rate. Then a confirmation is sent by email or WhatsApp.

4 -  We consider the Reservation Effective, only after proof of payment referring to 100% of the global value of the combined package.

5 - CANCELLATION WITHOUT ''NO SHOW'' 
Non-attendance without prior written notice within the deadlines described in this document, on the expected date of arrival, will be considered a ''no-show'' (withdrawal without cancellation). The vacancy will remain available for 12 hours from the time of entry.
After this period, the reservation will be canceled (with 100% retention of the amount paid), making the vacancy available to another interested party.
There will be no refund of the amount paid for reservation or credit for another date.

6 - WITHDRAWAL AFTER ENTRY 
The withdrawal of the stay after the check-in, at the entrance of the inn, as well as the early departure, mainly due to weather change or for any other reason, will not entitle to any kind of refund or refund in cash or credit. in new daily rates, resulting in the total loss of the amount paid for the accommodation package or daily rate.
If there is a need to cancel the reservation or change the date of accommodation, the client must inform the inn in writing, cancellations or changes made by telephone will not be accepted.
Changing the booking date must always respect the availability of vacancies at the inn and dates agreed by it.
On special dates we will not make changes, especially in packages for Christmas, New Year's Eve, Carnival, extended holidays and festive dates.

7- BOOKING CANCELLATIONS DURING THE WEEK AND WEEKEND 
In case of cancellation, the amount deposited in the booking confirmation will not be refunded in cash, but in credit for accommodation.
Up to 15 days prior to the date of accommodation, the guest will have the credit (accommodation) in the full amount in advance, as long as they choose a new date when canceling.
Less than 15 days prior to the date of accommodation, the customer will not be entitled to credit (accommodation), except when there is occupancy by a third party for the same period and type of room, transferring the amount paid for future use within 90 days and excluding holidays, counted from the date of non-check-in

8 - CANCELLATION OF PACKAGES ON EXTENDED HOLIDAYS AND VACATION
In case of cancellation, the amount deposited in the booking confirmation will not be refunded in cash, but in accommodation credit, provided that communication is made up to 15 days prior to the accommodation date. The customer will have the credit (accommodation) in the full amount in advance, as long as he chooses a new date when canceling.
Less than 15 days prior to the date of accommodation, the customer will not be entitled to credit (accommodation).
All outstanding credit must be used within 90 calendar days from the date of cancellation of the reservation.
If there is partial withdrawal of the contracted days and the client is inside the hotel, no difference will be returned from the amount previously paid, whether in cash or credit for accommodation.
If there is an outstanding balance of the contracted package, the client must pay it at the entrance to the hotel.

9 -  CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
Check-in time starts at 14:00 and ends at 22:00 on the same day. Check-out is until 12:00 the next day, regardless of check-in time. The stay at the inn on the day of the end of the reservation after 12:00, must be checked with the reception for availability after this time and will be subject to a charge of another daily rate.
